In Taiwanese food culture, eating according to the seasons is an important part of traditional life. Different foods are enjoyed at different times of the year, according to the season, the weather, and the body’s needs.
This special afternoon brings together food, culture and creativity. We’ll prepare two classic Taiwanese winter dishes, enjoy them together, and turn Taiwanese food into art through food sketching! 🎨
