Cancellation Policy

• To cancel enrollment, please notify us by email: tcmlhungary@gmail.com
• A confirmation of cancellation will be sent by email, processed according to the following rules:

1. Cancellation 8 or more days before your start date: full refund of the tuition fee (HUF 120,000).
2. Cancellation 5–7 days before your start date: 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded (HUF 60,000).
3. Cancellation within 4 days before your start date or after the course has started: no refund.
4. If the course is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, we will offer an alternative course or a full refund.
5. “Start date” means the date of your first lesson (you can join the course at any time).

Terms & Conditions

• The course will focus on oral skills (listening & speaking), complemented by writing and reading practice.
• Writing and reading will use traditional Chinese characters (used in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and most overseas Chinese communities).
• No make-up classes for absences.
• Certificate of Completion will be issued to students with a passing rate of at least 75%.
